THIS APPOINTMENT SYSTEM IS FOR ACADEMIC ADVISING IN THE
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNICATION

This is NOT where you make appointments for your COMM 100/101 class.

Please note that beginning Fall 2018, non-students (e.g. parents and spouses) are no longer able to attend advising appointments! Only the student will be allowed in for the advising appointment.

If you wish to change your major to COMM, you will need to make an appointment.
This online scheduling system is for undergraduate students who wish to make appointments with an undergraduate advisor in the Communication Department at George Mason University. If you are late by 10 minutes or more, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Email Q&A appointments DO NOT meet in person and are done solely via email in an asynchronous fashion. Advising emails will ONLY be sent to your official GMU email address.
The Advising Team tries to post available appointment times at least two weeks in advance. If you do not see any bolded dates on the calendar below, it is because all available appointments have been filled. Check again in a few days for new appointment times.
During busy times, the appointments fill up VERY quickly. Please be patient and check back at a later time.
All appointments will follow the University procedures for delays/cancellations due to weather or other emergencies

You DO NOT need an appointment for the following:

Declaring your concentration/minor.
Transfer Credit Reevaluation Forms (please email forms to combadir@gmu.edu, along with a copy of the syllabus of the course you took and your current GMU transcript). Allow one-two weeks for review.
